Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sponsar.net ("Sponsar", "we", "us"). By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Sponsar is an advertising service. You submit a post you have already published on Facebook or Instagram, or an ad authorization code for one of your own TikTok videos, together with a budget and targeting settings. We then create and manage the corresponding ad campaign on your behalf through the official advertising APIs of those platforms.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok Ltd.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
• One person or business should not create multiple accounts to avoid limits or obligations.

3. Content you submit

By submitting a post or video for promotion, you confirm that:

• You own the content, or have the right to advertise it.
• The content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• The content complies with the advertising policies of the platform it will run on, and with the laws of Iraq.

You must not submit content that is illegal, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that promotes counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, or fraudulent financial schemes.

4. Review and rejection

Every request is reviewed by us before it runs. We may reject any request, at our discretion, including where the content breaks these terms, breaks a platform's policies, or cannot technically be published. If a request is rejected, the full amount is returned to your account balance.

Separately, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok may reject, pause or remove an ad under their own policies after it has started. We do not control those decisions.

5. Payment, balance and refunds

• You add credit to your balance using the payment methods shown on the top-up page.
• Credit is applied to your balance after we confirm the payment.
• When you submit a request, the campaign amount is deducted from your balance.
• If the request is rejected, or the campaign cannot be created, the amount is returned to your balance in full.
• A campaign cannot spend more than the budget you paid for.
• Balance is credit for advertising on this platform. We do not provide cash refunds of unused balance except where required by law.

6. Results are not guaranteed

We do not guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, followers, messages, sales or any other outcome. Advertising results depend on your content, your audience, competition and the platform's own delivery systems, none of which we control.

7. Statistics

The figures shown in your dashboard come directly from the advertising platforms and are updated periodically. They may lag behind, and the platforms may revise them. The platform's own reporting is the authoritative source.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, submits illegal content, attempts to defraud us or another user, or attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the campaign the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, and disputes are subject to the courts of Erbil.
